Time is TBDArtisan Cross FitThis event is in partnership with a group on campus, but our goals align for this mutual cause. This event is to raise funds for the Artisan Health initiative which is: "Helping Everyone Achieve Living Their Healthiest."
Time is TBDLocation is TBDFit4Life is an HMS/HSDM student organization focused on increasing wellness and inclusive community engagement through educational and charitable events. Educational events include lifting clinics and nutritional lectures. Charitable events include 5ks, spartan races, triathlons, and tough mudders.
Every Saturday – 8pm GMTVirtualEvery Saturday – 8pm GMT+3 (1pm EST/10am PST) Join Baris and Koc University medical students for weekly virtual workouts every Saturday. Workouts are HIIT style with no equipment needed! Zoom link | password: TIMETOMOVE
Tuesday Evening at 7 PMBostonStarting at 7 PM, we meet and finish at Scholars downtown and do a 6 mile loop around the Charles, stopping every mile for body weight exercises. Runners of all speeds are welcome!
Sunday Mornings at 9AMBostonStarting at 9 AM, we meet and finish at Scholars downtown and do a longer 9-12 mile loop around Boston. We have running groups that pace from 6:30 to 10 min miles.
