Join Duke Medicine in Motion for a Daily Dose hot yoga class at Dose Yoga Durham on Saturday, October 24 at 1:30 p.m.!
We’re excited to partner with Dose Yoga Durham for our next Medicine in Motion studio collaboration. We’ll be taking over their hot yoga room for a private Daily Dose class. The room is typically heated to 105°F, but Dose will be turning the heat down for our group to keep things comfortable, especially for anyone trying hot yoga for the first time.
Dose has generously offered us a subsidized private class. The cost is $7 per person, and space is limited to 35 participants.
