How do grounding sheets help reduce stress levels?
I recently learned about grounding sheets and wondered if I should give them a try. I work in a stressful environment, so I feel tense all the time. A colleague told me that he started using one of these sheets and he says that he calms down faster even after a hard day. He says it has to do with some sort of “discharge of excess electricity”, but it sounds weird. Maybe someone else has tried it? Does it really help or is it more of a self-induced effect?
I've never heard of these sheets before, but the idea itself looks curious. Especially for those who are really stressed out all the time. In general, I think it's more important to create a comfortable atmosphere for sleep: remove gadgets, add relaxing rituals. And a sheet can be a good addition, if the effect of it is real. I'll have to read what scientists say on this topic.
