Medicine in Motion FIGS Order Instructions

 

1.   First, we apologize for the strange methodology for these orders and payments. This is just how Figs Team’s discounts are set up. Navigate to the Figs website via the button below.

2.   Enter your email address and agree to the terms of use. Click “verify”

 

3.   Enter first and last name. Click next.

 

4.   Select your position from the “I am a…” dropdown menu. Click next.

 

5.   All items available for purchase will be displayed. Please see the next page for pricing information. Tops automatically come with the Medicine in Motion logo. Text embroidery is optional. Select the items you like. 

 

6.   Once you’re done, select “finish shopping” to review your purchases. Please take extra care when submitting your order. Embroidered items cannot be returned. We recommend saving a screenshot of your order details.

 

7.   When you’re satisfied with your order, hit “submit order”. This means that your individual order has been added to your team’s order. Mayo Clinic Arizona’s team order will be submitted as a whole, shipped to Logan Briggs, and you will get your items from him, Nick Allen, Sayi Boddu, Vikram Gill, Grace Madura, or Alex Nica.

 

8.   Using the pricing sheet, calculate your total owed and Venmo that amount to @medmotion with “Mayo Az Figs [your name]” Then, take a screenshot of your completed venmo transaction and send that screenshot to logan.briggs@medmotion.org. If your payment is not received by the time the order is made, your order will be canceled.
