Discover the power of mind-body connection and strong postures while grooving to hip hop beats as we welcome back Duke's own Dr. Melissa Bauer! Join us and the Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group (LMIG) for a rejuvenating yoga session led by Dr. Bauer, Associate Professor of Anesthesiology in Duke's Women's Anesthesiology Division. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome.
Just bring your yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and an open mind for a rejuvenating experience!
