Discover the power of mind-body connection and strong postures while grooving to hip hop beats as we welcome back Duke's own Dr. Melissa Bauer for the third time! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session led by Dr. Bauer, Associate Professor of Anesthesiology in Duke's Women's Anesthesiology Division. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome.
Just bring your water bottle and an open mind for a rejuvenating experience! We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, though we'll have plenty available courtesy of the Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group.
