Come unleash your inner free spirit and experience strong postures, mind-body connection, and hip hop beats as we welcome Duke's very own Dr. Melissa Bauer! Dr. Bauer is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology in Duke's Women's Anesthesiology Division, with years of experience teaching yoga in the community.
All level yogis welcome – first time yogis too! Just bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and an open mind. Waivers will be signed at the start of the class. Hope to see you there!
