Stead Tread 5k with Duke's Internal Medicine Residency Program (Duke School of Medicine)

Register for the Duke Internal Medicine Residency Program's annual 5k Fundraiser for Lincoln Community Health Center! We've Steaded the Tread for the past two years and can confirm that it's 1) a blast, 2) an awesome opportunity to meet Internal Medicine residents and faculty, and 3) one of the best races for high-quality prizes in Durham 👌 Registrations accepted all the way up to and including day of race on September 23rd! Race starts at 9:00am at Solite Park along the American Tobacco Trail but we'll be there by 8:30am for anyone who wants to take a warm-up jog. 

Leading up to race day, come run or walk with us at Bull City Run Club every Wednesday at 6pm at Bull City Running Co. on Washington St. in Downtown Durham! 3, 4 and 6.4 mile distances available. Wednesdays tough on your schedule? Join us at Pony Run every Thursday at 6:30pm at Ponysaurus Brewing Co. in Downtown Durham instead! 3 and 5 mile loops available.
