We’re excited to announce Duke Medicine in Motion’s next studio collaboration with Pure Barre Durham on Sunday, 6/7 at 1:45 PM!
Pure Barre offers low-impact, musically driven workouts inspired by a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Each class includes targeted resistance training designed to build strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.

Please bring socks and water. Closed-toed socks are required in the studio, and grip socks are recommended, but not required to prevent sliding. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
