Join us for a Mat Pilates class led by Christian Joy of Joy Pilates on Tuesday, October 14th! This is an all-level Pilates class that is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned enthusiast!
This is also a donation-based class, feel free to give any amount that you feel led to give!
If you have a mat, please bring it. There will be a few mats available if you do not have one - they will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
