About the Event
HIIT workouts are back! Come join us this Saturday at 10 am to start your weekend off with a healthy sweat and ~30-minute workout. All levels of workout experience are encouraged to join – the workout is self-paced with modifications available for every exercise!
HIIT Part I (20s on, 10s off, repeated twice = 6 mins)
1. High knees 2. Mountain climbers 3. Surf-jumps 4. Push-ups 5. Kickback/kick forward 6. Wide squats
HIIT Part II (20s on, 10s off, repeated twice = 6 mins)
1. Garage doors 2. Squat and kick, side to side 3. Burpees 4. Hold side plank on one side 5. Side plank on other 6. Bicycle abs
HIIT Part III (20s on, 10s off, repeated once = 3 minutes)
1. Plank taps 2. High plank 3. Plank (hands to elbows and back) 4. Plank-jacks 5. Chattaranga pushups 6. Low plank
Yoga Flow (15 minutes)
