About the Event
We're kicking the year off again with the wildly popular JC and the F45 team! The workout will consist of a 45-minute full body strength circuit, with adaptations for all skill levels, so come as you are! Sign-ups capped at 27 per class, and a waitlist will be maintained in case people can no longer attend.
