🏃♀️ Welcome to Duke Med Run Club! 🏃♂️
Please join us this Saturday, April 25 at 8:30 am at William B. Umstead State Park for a refreshing morning run on scenic wooded trails. Expect peaceful lake views, shaded paths, and a great way to kick off your weekend. All paces and distances are welcome!
