Duke Med Run Club Weekend Run (Duke School of Medicine)

This weekend, we will be joining forces with Dr. White's Neur-run -- join us on a run through Duke Forest!

When: Saturday (1/18) @ 8AM

Here's Dr. White's intro to the run: "Let’s meet at 8:00 AM in the Korstian Division of the Duke Forest. There is a small dirt parking lot on Mt. Sinai Rd. about 2.5 miles from the Erwin / Mt. Sinai intersection on the left (Forest gate #23), just as Mt. Sinai Rd. "doglegs" to the right when driving west. See the Google map for precise location and driving directions (link below). This will be 4.7 miles around a loop on rough gravel with some somewhat strenuous hills. We'll keep the pace slow (around a 10-minute mile) and walk breaks are definitely OK."

We'll have post-run snacks waiting and can arrange rides if you need one. See y'all there!
