Chair Yoga with Roshini (Duke School of Medicine)

Medicine in Motion is thrilled to be putting on its first Chair Yoga class! Led by longtime yoga guide and medical student Roshini, this class will move through a full series of yoga asanas to stretch, strengthen, and engage the body, as well as a meditation practice -- all performed while seated. Practitioners of all backgrounds and experienced levels invited -- the more the merrier!

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a light jacket as well as some water. We can't wait to practice with you!
