About the Event
Join us at TITLE Boxing Club in Chapel Hill for a private boxing class! The class will consist of warm-up drills, HIIT exercises, rounds on the heavy bag, and strength work to get your whole body moving. The event is free for the first 15 individuals to sign up. Additional individuals beyond 15 will receive a discounted price of $10 for the class. Class capacity is limited to 31 attendees! All equipment you will need is included. Please plan to arrive at 11:30am to get your hands wrapped and go over movements. All fitness levels and boxing experiences are welcome!
