Bhangra with Srijan! (Duke School of Medicine)

We're excited to welcome med student superstar Srijan Bhasin to lead Medicine in Motion's first intro to Bhangra class! Bhangra is a high-energy, fluid folk dance and music form that originated centuries ago in the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. It has taken a foothold in popular music, DJ sets, and group-based competitions - get a taste here! We’ll start with the basics and leave with enough choreography under our belts to look like experts at our next night out! No experience or equipment needed, just bring a water bottle, a comfy pair of sneakers, and big smiles!
