About the Event
Yoga with Roshini is back! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for this 1-hour guided session. As always, all experience levels are welcome.
A little bit about Roshini:
"I have been teaching yoga since 2016 (practicing for 12 years!), and before medical school taught undergraduates and medical students at The Ohio State University studios in Columbus, OH, and even to patients at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals. The applications of yoga in burnout prevention, as well as a nourishing physical and mental practice, are ones I'm so passionate about."
