Join your friends and peers for a virtual workout Monday and Wednesday evenings. These classes require NO EQUIPMENT, can be done from your own home over Zoom, and do not require your video/audio to be on. These classes are offered as a part of our MOVE campaign. There is a suggested $5 donation for each class which will go to our charities (see the MOVE campaign page for more information).

CLASS SCHEDULE:Mon. 10/26 – 6:00pm EST CrossFit-style workout with Lindy Barber (Head choach at Invictus Boston & former CrossFit Games athlete) Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 CrossFit style workout that requires NO EQUIPMENT! Join us for this HIIT workout that will incorporate strength and cardio over the course of 45 minutes.
Wed. 10/28 – 6:00pm EST Strength for Runners with Victoria Sekely, DPT, CSCS Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 Victoria has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is a USATF certified run coach. This class will start with a dynamic warm-up followed by 45-minutes of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, single-leg movements, and core work.

Mon. 7/27 – 5:30pm EDT Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 Bodyweight Workout with Ash Wang (Certified strength & nutrition coach) This class focuses on body weight strength movements, some plyometrics (explosive movements), and includes 5 minutes of mobility drills. Weights and bands are optional, but not necessary for a great workout!
Mon. 8/3 – 5:30pm EDT Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 HIIT Workout with Madeleine Salesky and Matt Orringer (UCSF MD) Join us for this 50 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout! We will lead you through several bodyweight circuits incorporating dynamic and compound movements to create a full body burn. We will finish with 10 minutes of abs followed by a quick stretch! No equipment necessary, and modifications will be provided for those who want to avoid jumping or reduce impact. Can’t wait to sweat with you all!

There will also be a 10 minute question and answer session about fitness and nutrition at the end of the workout.

Whether you’re new to working out or a seasoned athlete, ICW workouts adapt to all fitness levels. No equipment required and family friendly!
Mon. 8/24 – 5:30pm EDT Yoga Sculpt with Laura Lochner Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 Expect to sweat, have fun, and challenge yourself! This is a high intensity workout class grounded in mindfulness. You’ll flow through a basic yoga sequence, then layer weights, cardio, and other strength training moves such as squats and biceps curls to upbeat music. It is recommended that you have experience with yoga before taking this class. Modifications, adaptations and deepening cues will be offered throughout.

COREntine is a high intensity 30 min core workout. We put our movement to music to make the workout fun and to guide you through levels of intensity. This class is designed to be challenging yet accessible for people of all levels of fitness. Participants will need a yoga mat and a 5-10lbs home-found weight (water bottle/textbook).
Mon. 8/31 – 5:30pm EDT DanceFit with Ramya Bogg (UMD) Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 DanceFit is a combination of dance and fitness moves including a warm-up, guided choreography, cool-down and stretch. No dance experience is required for this high-intensity cardio party; all fitness levels are welcome! Modifications will be offered throughout the session. You’ll need adequate space to move around, water and sneakers.
Mon. 09/02 – 6:00pm EDT (NEW TIME) Community Flow with Dalton (U Rochester MD) Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 An alignment focused hatha yoga class that will strike a balance between effort and ease. This class is designed for all bodies and levels of experience. Suggested props: 2 blocks (substitute hardcover books), 1 small blanket, 1 pillow or cushion (optional)
Wed. 9/09 – 6:00pm EST Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 Pilates with Tricia Hurley (Pilates Instructor) Yoga-lates with stretching, classic mat Pilates and ending with a guided meditation. All levels are welcome in this class! We’ll start with 5 minutes warm up/breathing before moving in into stretches then into a full body pilates workout. We’ll end with some mindfullness and meditation.

Mon. 10/05 – 6:00pm EST Virtual Workout with Julie Foucher-Urcuyo MD (former CrossFit Games athlete) Zoom link: https://tufts.zoom.us/j/94992315554 Julie Foucher is a CrossFit athlete and Family Medicine physician at the Cleveland Clinic. She has competed in the CrossFit Games four times, and has historically been one of the most successful women in the sport. More details coming soon!
