Alexander Nguyen is a medical student at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. He is originally from Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Alex is interested in pursuing a career in neurosurgery and is passionate about the intersection of neuroscience, physiology, and clinical medicine. He enjoys staying active through running and cycling, often running and biking with classmates, and logging his workouts on Strava. Alex also enjoys a good can of Celsius and values maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle alongside his medical training.

Russell Myers is a medical student at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. Originally from Seattle, Washington, he graduated from the University of Washington in 2025 with a BS in Neuroscience. During his time at UW, he served as a captain of the University of Washington Swim Club, where he developed a passion for leadership, teamwork, and fitness. Russell enjoys connecting with others through sports, including basketball, swimming, and running. As a medical student, he serves as the intramural chair for his class and joined the Medicine in Motion chapter to continue fostering a community based around being active.

Thomas On is a medical student at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. He is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, and attended Arizona State University for college. Throughout his life, Thomas has enjoyed connecting with others through exercise and sports, including basketball, powerlifting, road cycling and running. Now, as a Creighton medical student, he founded the Medicine in Motion chapter at his school to foster a community for those who find movement to be a powerful tool for managing stress and building friendships.
