HIIT Challenge Input Form

Complete 5 rounds, as fast as you can, for time. There is a 20 minute time cap. If you run over 20 min, you are free to stop or complete the workout. However, if over 20 minutes, please input "20:00". Feel free to click the links below for video demos to familiarize yourself with the exercises before the challenge.

-20 plank shoulder taps (alternating, 10/arm)

-20 sit-ups

-20 reverse lunge to knee lifts** (alternating, 10/leg)
